1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EarnSphere (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use EarnSphere. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Earning and Rewards

Users may earn rewards by completing surveys, tasks, referrals, and other activities as described on the Platform. Rewards are credited to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to minimum thresholds and processing times.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scripts, or any form of artificial activity to complete tasks.
• Attempt to manipulate the reward system or exploit any bugs or glitches.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of earning extra rewards.
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Use VPNs or proxies to falsify your location.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

EarnSphere reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect any of the following:

• Inactivity: If your account remains inactive for 30 consecutive days.
• Abusive Behavior: Completing tasks at an unusually rapid rate (e.g., 5 tasks within 5 minutes), which may indicate automated activity or fraud.
• Violation of Terms: Engaging in any activity that violates these Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, using VPNs to fake location, or manipulating earnings.
• Reported Misconduct: If multiple users report your account for harassment, spam, or other violations.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via email and through your dashboard. You may contact support to appeal the suspension. Permanent bans are final and cannot be reversed.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
